Connexxus (Online Booking Portal) and APL e-Card

Connexxus is the new UC online booking program that will be used to make travel arrangements for University travelers. This online portal aims to simplify the process of arranging travel as well as to increase savings on travel expenses. The Accounts Payable exhibit will offer more information about this travel portal as well as the APL e-Card program. The APL e-Card is a departmental travel account that allows departments to make instant direct payments to airlines and local hotels. The "ghost" card is configured within the PayQuest Reimbursement system which results in a travel advance being automatically generated once a transaction is completed.
